Too nice of an evening not to get out for a little fishing and to make it better it was the very first time fishing for my daughter. Did not expect much but we did find one kokanee at ten feet down just south of the aerator. LeElla was just too excited to land her first fish! It took a UV chartreuse hoochie with a holographic smile blade and fire corn. Dipped in kokanee super dipping sauce. I also learned a great lesson, a three year old can fall out of a boat so fast it is scary beyond belief. She was reaching over to wash the fish slime off a next thing I saw was a pair of silver crocs in the air. Thank God she had a life jacket on and I grabbed her leg as she was going in. It will be a trip neither of us will forget. Remember to Always put a life jacket on the little ones!
