Beautiful day out on the water! Only caught one fish but it was a nice Bass on a Zman Chatter Bait with a lizard tail. Fiancé caught a nice perch and saw a school of about 20 perch in the shallows. I'm sure by next month these fish will be plenty active.

Nice fish! i drove around Beverly Lake one time but couldn't see a spot to park or a boat launch or anything. Do you have to live in the apartments there to have access?

Sadly yes... It's surrounded by homes and apartments, no public access which means the lake doesn't get stocked regularly ??
