We launched the boat around 10 am and had poles in the water by 10:30 at the mouth of Crab Creek. We trolled for a couple of hours with no fish and then we decided to move South a bit to a location we had success on a previous trip. ( I just started fishing for walleye this year and this is my second time fishing with my family here at Potholes) Immediately we picked up a couple keeper walleyes. After another hour or so with no more hook-ups we moved to perch point area where we got 3 more walleyes. We went back to Crab creek for the last hour of fishing and got 2 large perch and a burbot. The depth we fished was anywhere from 18' to 50' The fish we got were from 15" to 21". The weather was nice with clouds and sun and flat water most of the time.
Back to the ramp at 5pm. Tight lines!
