The night before weather.com said 20% chance of rain. What I got was 100%. Wet, wet, WET!
It took an hour and a half to get there. Found out the bathroom was at the other end of the park. It cost $5.00 to launch/park debit /credit only. I had brought cash. One nice gentleman found a parking ticket on the ground and asked if it were mine. I didn't think so but I had to roll down my widow while backing the boat up so it might have been. I walk back up to the vehicle to find out it wasn't mine.
It was a steady rain. I trolled for 2 hours and I think it was without a bite. I had issues with my new Lowrance going from 50 feet depth to 12. Then I had to turn it off and back on. This happened several times. So I am not sure about bites. No fish for sure. Water temp was 54.6.
Not use to a dock for launching and loading so I ended up going out to my knees getting the boat on the trailer before going home. That is how I got WET!
The man who launched before me also came in just before me. He said he didn't get anything either. He is a regular. That made me feel a little better but still wet.
Then the kayaker who was fishing when I got there came in and he only had one.

Orange.. use orange... pink hasn't been productive for me at all. The WDFW launch is one block away. That launch is free.

machewbacca I used pink on one side of the boat and orange on the other. Drop down menu only allows for one choice.

Sorry to hear that Toni. Lake Meridian does that to you sometimes. Red hot one week, absolutley dead another. You'll bounce back!

Sorry to hear it was tough going for you today. I was out there today as well, from around 9am-1pm, on my kayak. I got a limit (4 kokes and one really nice 18" holdover 'bow), but had to work hard for them. The only thing I caught fish on was a sling blade + pink wedding ring. Nothing else got touched, and I cycled through everything in my tackle box on that second rod. It definitely took some searching to find the schools, but staying on them was key.

Hi Toni not sure if you herd , I was in Sportco in FIFE yesterday and while at the counter waiting to pay for my gear. On the board behind the counter a notice about American lake seems as if the WDF been at work again the plant report said 13,000 rainbows didn't say the date likely
the trip you had on Monday might have been effected by that also could account for the slow down at Meridian as well maybe Clear lake will be the [lace to go for the time beeing. Waiting on Your up coming report.
