Decided to try American after a failed trip to Spanaway last week. Headed out after church and got there about 1:30. Decided to try a little shallow water snice I found a cove area with water temps about 51-52 vs 50 in the main lake area. Caught a nice one on a jerk bait in about 8 ft of water. 3.9 on the scale. Really choked it. Only fish of the day. Make that only bass of he day. Caught a nice 16 in. Rainbow and a smaller one that both hit my drop shot worm in about 30 ft of water. As of this report that 16 in. Rainbow has already been smokes and is safely digesting.
