Lots on the fish finder, but not biting at all. going to switch to the afternoon instead of the morning. Lots of big rainbows chasing mosquitos jumping around the lake. Need to bring my flyrod today.

Hey bandseeker, I fished American Lake yesterday from 11:30 to 4:00 pm, had two takedowns and only landed one fish, a 10" trout. I'm thinking it's still early, hopefully the kokes will begin to show in numbers in about a month or so.
