Hey I fished here recently and the crappie fishing was extremely hot I caught about 50 a day for the 3 days I was there but they were very small the biggest was about 3/4 of a pound but it was great fun. I caught them on the pilings just south of the resort and at the rock pile north of the island. The jig of choice I found was a red and yellow one well that's all for now so good luck.
