I don't usually fish on Sundays but I decided to get the cobwebs off my porta-bote today and hit the lake for a couple of hours. Started fishing at 1:30 and was off the water by 3:30 without so much as a strike or a blip on the fish finder. No rises either and the water was dead calm. Saw one other boat on the water with three people but I don't think they had any success either. Will wait till I hear from someone else that things are heating up before I head back there.
