Gorgeous day on American Lake. Two of my brother and me got on the lake by 9am and fished the north end picking up three 1 1/2 lbs trout then we trolled over to the south end of the island and hit the fish of the year. A 5 lbs rainbow caught on wedding ring and worm. Biggest rainbow I have ever seen. 5 star day because of a 5 lbs rainbow.

Thanks. By the way, I troll around 1.5 mph. I do not mind going slower in the winter months. This is from listening to people who fish trout.
