I went with Kokanee_Skayer on American where we started fishing about 6:30am. We stopped around 10:30. Any bite we had stopped about 9am.
He got 4 and I got 2. One of his I brought home, it was a 9.5 inch next years kokanee that bled. That kokanee had copepods in the gills and a clipped adipose fin. My other 2 were 17 inch male vampires. I caught them using a new lure with a Dick Nite’s Clown dodger.
I think mine were caught at 17-26 feet on the downrigger wire. It was about 40 degrees out and windy. Cloudy then clearing. The lake temperature was 55. This was the first morning that we had a frost.

We are in a battle! Angler against fish! We need an arsenal of weapons and at my site you will find some of those different weapons. For all those who wannafish a lure come in and take a look at WannafishALure.com.

You seem to have very good success catching Kokes. Please describe your boat so I can wave when I see you. Thanks!
