Most of the folks that lomplain about the taste or texture of Dollies or lakers don't bother doing this, we have seen fish after being dragged around on a stringer all day in 60 or 70 degree water, totally ruined fish.We barbecue, bake, or deep fry dollies. they are very fat laden so smoking can take a while but still good.Thanks for comments.
