Got to Larsen early, still dark. Had set crayfish pot night before - ONE crayfish. By the way - the red crayfish in this lake are an invasive species, so if you find one up on the shore (I've seen one before just sitting in the grass), take it home and boil it. They dont belong there. Or anywhere in the state, apparently.
As usual caught some small crappie, one bullhead too small to keep maybe 7-8 inches, then moved on when the sun came up with nothing to show for it but 1 crayfish heh. This lake hibernates when the sun is out. Dont waste your time from half hour after sunup till half hour before sundown.
