Another good day on the lake. I love having week days off. Week day mornings on the lake are so peaceful. Between the wife and I we caught about 25 fish most between 1-2 lbs with a few dinks mixed in. I fished a drop shot primarily and the wife fished a Carolina rig. Both were equally effective. I experimented a littled with a jig and a lipless crank. Only two bites on the crank and lost both near the boat. We caught most fish 18-20 ft down. We did catch some in about 10 ft around scattered weed beds but all the shallow fish were smaller. We also located a nice ledge in about 25 ft that produced well. Only picture I took was of the wife holding one that wa 1.85 on the scale. All in all a great day beautiful weather beautiful company and good fishing.

I catch one or two musky a year by accident bass fishing but have never targeted them but it must be decent fishing. I see then thrashing on the surface all the time.
