Walleye fishing at Banks has simply been awesome this summer!! Today the walleye were flat out smashing crankbaits at the south end of Banks near Coulee City. The walleye were in water depths of 14-18 feet today and were relating to weed lines and weed beds. Trolling speed today was fast.....2.0-3.0 mph.

Again as in my past reports, the wind played a key factor today. We had a strong wind pushing against the shore today and that means prime crankbait time!!

Today's fish ran from a few 17 inchers all the way up to 28 inches.

I have several dates still available in August, and several Saturdays and Sundays still available in September.

Found the same thing on Potholes at speeds up to 3.6mph. Same depth. They were more aggressive than the Bass!
