today we had my mom and dad and I. we could tell it was really slow because we didnt see a single person out of over a 100 boats catch one fish in the bite at daylight. we were not expecting much if anything. until 8:30 we only saw 2 sockeye and a kokanee caught out of all those boats. then we hooked into a fish and landed it. we were all shocked but pleasantly shocked. we didn't expect anything. then another half an hour went by then we hooked another and it got tangled. it had barbless hooks (even though it was legal with barbs) and had lots of slack and time but somehow stayed on and we got it. then about 2 or 3 minutes later my mom hooked one out the back with a diver. and we also got this one. we left not long after. including us we saw absolutely no more than 10 fish caught the whole day so we got really lucky. all caught with macks lure dodgers and 2 of them on smile blades. the last one was on a hootchie.
