just did some research online. that is definitely not a peamouth chub. the fins and positions are off. it looks like a redside shiner. but they're not "supposed" to be in spanaway lake from what i've read online. but they are found in parts of washington state. http://www.nps.gov/noca/naturescience/upload/Redside-Shiners-Resource-Brief-2011.pdf
Lookup a longnose dace and see if that matches. Looks like a dace of some kind.
