Came here around noon with my kayak. Not ideal fishing hours, but I was hopeful. Trolled around the lake with my line out from behind my kayak, with no luck. Next I paddled over to a small cove near the boat ramp that looked promising. It wasn't. I'm not a good fisherman, I would say beginner, but I didn't see any sign of life the couple hours I was there. I'm sure more experienced fishermen (or women) could reel in a few at this scenic lake. Even though I didn't catch any fish, this lake is one of my favorites in this area.
