I took a friend who never had experienced Kokanee fishing before and we had a great morning. We started at 6:00 AM and we were in fish right off. 40 to 45 feet deep with green and pink for lure colors. Dicknite dodgers in woderbread and chrome with pink, and shoepeg corn for bait.1.2 to 1.4 MPH was the speed of choice. The fish ran 12 to 15 inches in length. We ended up with 18 kept, some small ones released and 4 lost during the morning.

Wow you guys did good! We started at 6:am Monday, July 21. Used some gang trolls and Ford Fenders, green wedding rings, shoepeg, in 45 feet of water. Got one nice 14 incher at 8AM and one more at 9AM..a nice 15 inch. Quit at 10AM. I got skunked using basic same set up.
