15 jumbos and a dink I gill hooked earlier, couple more went to the eagle for some fresh perch dinner. Same spot same time like clockwork the school of jumbos come in to feed. I also landed 2 small largemouth looking for perch earlier in the evening before the bite started.

Pontooner80, you're quite skilled in the art of enticing jumbo Yellow Perch. I quietly reminisce of my Perch slaying days on Beaver Lake. Thank you for sharing your report and the trophy picture. Tight lines, Ponooner80.

Thank you Reel P! As you know Perch are easy to catch when you find them, and a very tasty meal from clean waters. After years avoiding my fathers pleas to go fishing, its been fun to re-discover the sport on my own, and pan fish are a nice warm up! My Steelhead G-Loomis (pre Shimano) is waiting to catch its first intended fish though! I need to contact you for a guided day on the river soon.
