Got to the lake about 1000, later than I wanted, but it's OK. Had to "finally" catch one, previous crappie caught was over 40 years ago with my dad at Moses Lake. 3rd Cast bobber down,...hook set, euphoria!! Just a shade over 6", released for another day,...Ended up catching 6, keeping 1 that was about 10", for my wife to try. Fished all over the lake wherever there was an opening I was there. Caught the majority off the dock. I was using white jigs, redhead with white skirt & a reddish brown speckled jigs, tipped with micro-maggots, with about 18"-24" leader below a bobber. Called it a day @ 1600,...feelin happy,...
