arrived at the lake with a freind, and started trolling about 8 am. fishing was slow. saw plenty that were deeper than usual, at 55- 70'. we caught five of next years kokes, about seven inches long. my partner got tho 12" kokes. one fellow had a few, all bigger than my partners. one was 16". the rest 14". oddly, the small kokes, all bit worms! and i think perhaps his two keepers did as well. we had used various dodgers/ gang trolls, on the downriggers. fish just were not very cooperative. a very nice day on the lake, tho. we stopped at like 245. i ate some of the trout for dinner. the meat is getting better, on the native food supply.
