1st trip to Swofford Pond, planned to fish for shad on Sunday and decided to stop by on my way to Bonneville to see if I could pick up some crappies for some camping fish-fry.
Got there about noon, scouted the new area and decided to focus around the upper and lower Dam where there are deep drop-offs and vegetation's.
Fished with just bobber and jig (tipped with cream colored crappie-nibble), adjust leader anywhere from 3' - 6' depending on water depth.
Caught LMB, big crappie, trout, and bluegills above the Dam/ below it caught a bunch of small crappies and small mouth bass - kept what we could eat/ 3 crappies and 3 trout (shown in pic).

Very cool and unique place - folks out of Mossyrock are very friendly and one of the nicest people that I've met, will definitely pay another visit in the near future.

You're welcome.
I just wanted to add that while I was there, there was a gentlemen on a small boat that fished for crappies just a short distance from me (fished next to the upper dam area), and got a basket of crappies that averages 12". Another fisherman from the bank got a 6 lb LMB, and the other got a bunch of small catfish (they were planning on doing some night fishing later for the big channel cats, not sure how that went?)
Anyways, if I lived near the area - believe me I would be there on a regular basis.
Hope you all have a good trip if you go there!
