Mike, from the boathouse, went with me this morning. We started fishing at 5:00 A/M and had our limits, of 5 fish each, by 7:00 A/M. The fish were caught at depths ranging from 36 to 41 on the wire. We were using a variety of setups but Pink seemed to be the hot color. We had a GREAT time on the water!!!!

fishingfoxs,
As a general rule of thumb, I typically start out within a range of .9 to 1.5 mph on my GPS and vary my speed, within that range, until I start picking up hits. I then try to stay matched close to that speed. However, there have been occasions where I have had to move into the 2 mph range to entice them to bite. Note: Changes in speed and direction can also trigger the fish to hit. Which is one of the reasons why many Kokanee Anglers troll in an "S" pattern. I watch my lines extra close during turns.
