First time out on this lake, most fish looked to be deeper than 15ft. No luck on the kokanee, only one possible kokanee/trout bite that took the corn, no hookups. Bummer for such a nice day to be on the water. Didn't see anyone on the water netting anything. Fished 6:15am-11:00am and tried all of our lures and color combinations during that time. Left still unsure what the recipe for success might be on Stevens.

I tried fishing bass on Stevens yesterday...between the wind, jetskis, wakeboard boats and people jumping off the docks swimming it was a bust for me also. I imagine all the kokanee headed deep and kept their mouths shut while waiting out the crowds yesterday and today. Nice day to be on the water, however.
