I fished Pass Lake during the evening hours for brown trout. I fished black and olive weighted wooley buggers and rabbit strip leach patterns on a 10ft leader off a floating line. This usually produces some action with browns' during the evening hours in November, but I didn't get a bump all night. Fished until roughly 10:00pm out of my tube. It appears that Pass is still undergoing a "turnover" at this time, as there was some algae throughout the lake. This usually happens earlier in the fall and is probably why the fishing is rather poor right now. Anyway, there is my report.
