Decided to shift gears after fighting the wind all day on Banks.

Launched on the public launch about 5:30 pm.

15 seconds after casting my line behind the boat fish on, pan fryer. Nice little fighting fish.

I have the 2 pole enforcement so I went for it. Over the next 90 mins I was either recasting after landing a fish or fighting a fish, often releasing one fish on one pole just to reach over and reel in the next.

I caught and released abut 30 fish, all clones of each other.

Was not the target size I was looking for but made for a pretty decent end to an otherwise windy day.

Grab the kids and head out to this nice little lake in Grant County.

I pretty much fished from the launch north about 15 houses then back in a circle staying in about 40-50 feet of water pulling rapala plugs.

Might swing by there on the way home and keep some this time for dinner.

Guess it depends on how Banks treats me.

I saw you posted a report on banks for smallmouth. Try blue for smallmouth. There in blue. Lots of them.

Don't believe me? Look at my reports years past on the lake index for blue and park. I live here I think I know. Park lake is full of them too. Largemouth also. Hope they eat all the trout.
