We arrived at the lake about 8am, six of us. The fishing was very slow with me being the only successful one in the party. Caught one 16" on a homebrew red chironomid pattern and lost another brut (windknot). Lots of fish feeding on chironomid emergers....very fast takes, fish jumping right out of the water. FYI for those who like to konk and eat everything you catch...fish had some sort of parasite hanging off them...the locals say they're harmless. I'll pass on the extra protein!
