My son and daughter and I went out in a boat on Heart lake the afternoon of the 26th and caught two (almost lost one to an eagle that swooped down to grab it but we shied him off luckily) between 3:30 and 4pm using worms.
On the 27th we returned to the same spot at 5am and didn't have a bite until almost 8am.
We caught three again using worms. It was a little slow as the fish didn't seem to be jumping as much as they usually do. Its worth the trip just to go and watch the eagles
