Caught 6 prespawn female smallmouths (16-19") in Lind Coulee over a rock bar, all C&R. Water temp was 54 F @15 feet. Accu-fish shows 17" smallmouth just before it hit jig over bar. Lots of boats trolling for walleye in Lind Coulee.

Nice Smallie! I love Potholes Res. Any signs of LMB yet? Thanks for the spring update.

Didn't see any LMB caught, maybe too cold or they haven't moved into that area yet? Most boats out in channel for walleye, didn't see anybody around island fishing against bank. Did also catch walleye off the same rock bar about 10' deep.
