With the sun shining this morning, headed over to Beaver about 10a.m. to test the rumor of a fish plant this week. On arrival, I talked to a local who was at the lake the previous day to watch the plant but never saw the delivery. I put in my pontoon boat and started dragging a woolly bugger with no results although my screen was showing fish at ten to twenty feet with a water temperature of 44degrees. I trolled over to the park side and saw one large brooder taken on a nightcrawler. I tried drowning a red blood worm and red snocones under a strike indicator with no results.
