On the water about 8am, fished until 1pm. Did not so much as even spook a fish on this lake today? Very strange but par for the course for me so far this year. This has been the worst start to a largemouth season I have experienced since I bought my boat in 1999! I have no idea what the deal is? I fished 1-8 feet and emptied the tackle box on them and nothing...

Hope the rest of you are having more success out there! I left for a quick stop at Wiser...

Slow but have done better than I have the past couple years in March and so far in early April, but mid April it gets better fast.

Headed out to Terrell in the morning (Saturday 04/05) and will post any luck we have. Going for broke tomorrow and gonna try and hit panfish, bass and trout. Might even break out the fly rod for a while.
