I got up early to do some fishing before work about 7 am, I caught a good size bass on the first cast in about 15 mins of being there.
Just a egg weight, and worm with white power bait. I will fish here more often it's close to home and last year I caught a bunch of cat fish this year Iam going for trout and perch.

Update: April 2nd went back out today about 3 pm until 530pm and caught two big 15 inch rainbow trout.
From shore, just a egg sinker, white power bait, and worm.
A nice young man came down and caught a 10 inch rainbow five minutes before I caught my second one.
And a small group was trolling and caught 8 inch to 11 inch trouts

What a day will be fishing this spot for months.
