ok....first of all this lake has no "resort" on the south end. I know this because my grand-pa lives in a cabin down there for 20 years. the folks at the store seen to think they can make a few bucks charging people to camp down there next to the lake when in fact this small area is rented to people living in old broken down trailers. now about the lake....it holds planters and a few larger hold overs. since the lake was poisoned out a few years back, the perch, bass, and bluegill have not made much of a come-back. the only day this lake ever gets fished is the opener. after that the lake is DEAD. thanks to the state for their help in turning a once "great lake" into a lame one!
