Well, I will call spooking 2 and talking to a guy that said he caught 1 and lost 2 an improvement over Saturday! Today started off with water temps at 46-47* and by the time I left I was seeing consistent 51* with occasional 52-53*!! As the temps climbed the largies started poking their heads into the shallows. The two I saw were in 3' but did not hesitate to blast off when my bait hit the water or they heard my motor. The next couple warm days should engage the gear all the way and I would put money on this lake producing a 7+lber this weekend! Too bad I have to work but hopefully it gets posted on here by the lucky angler?!
Felt great to be out in the warm sun all day, still got the 2014 skunk riding shotgun in the boat but something tells me not for long...
