12/15/2013 7:52:00 PMMan that's awesome I hit pond 4 and 5 got one yellow fin perch. Ice was about 5 inches thick. Not sure if I'm fishing them right though this is my first year ice fishing And I'm not quite sure how its done. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Like bat wise it what kind of jigs but anyways congrats on the catch.

Ice fishing usually involves super-*super* light bites, and you need to really use sensitive equipment. Spring bobbers are usually necessary.

12/16/2013 8:48:00 AMThanks man I appreciate the info and where are you able to find a jig master I don't believe I have ever seen them. I have been using just the old crappie tubes with crappie nuggets with 0 success.
