First time on big lake this year. Targeting bass and had some succes in the south end by the pads. Through small rapalas by edges and hit a few 1lbs fish. Slow so re-rigged(brother was falling asleep)went for trout up the middle of the lake. Immediatly nailed nice 17 inch fish. Got the shock of my life when we trolled a wedding ring behing pop gear and nailed six pound catfish. Yes catfish......Hit around midlake nice little fight then released the beauty..A few crappie on the way out...
