Fished Big Lake for the fourth time ever and caught monster bass. I have read in here that the fishing has suffered, yeah right! Even on the worst day, 2nd day I got three from 14.5" to 21" my largest ever. That was during a severe cold front. Smallest bass during the trip was 13" the largest 21" a fat hog of 5 1/2 pounds! How to catch them: pitch a blue/black Jig and Pig combination around every part of the dock, use 3/8 ounce jig. Make sure you have heavy line and a stout rod. All around the lake is productive fishing! Well Good Luck!
