This has been one of the best years that I can remember for me fishing for Crappie, yellow perch and and bull bluegill over a pound. My good buddy fishinChristian and Charlie Liebert of East Wenatchee have tore the panfish up using my custom made plastics. Charlie, Joe and I made it out and had a heck of a fun time fishing Moses for Jumbo perch. Good fishing also extends to places like Potholes and the I 82 ponds as well. The Panfish are just going nuts this fall and it's been a blast getting in on it! When you are yarding 12 to 14" perch in 2 at a time it makes for great pictures and even better memories! My 3" Funky worm jig with both pink and chartruse tails has been the lure of choice. Hope it continues as all you walakers can follow the good fishing/tips and big fish photos on JigmiesterCustom Lure's facebook page. I'm looking forward to publishing another article on crappie in a future article of Crappie World magazine.Tight lines to all, The Jigster

Sounds like you and F.C. are putting a hurting on the perch. Man they look big when you guys target your fish they don't have a chance. Keep the reports coming God Bless

They really are going nuts this year, along with all the other species. Bass are literally almost jumping in the boat, as you may recall. Lotsa fun!

Your patterns are seriously genius. Those things kill for a wide variety of species!
Let me know when your article gets published - I'd be highly interested in reading it.

I've gotta try your new patterns - they are just killing the spiny rays!! Will put in a new order soon.

BTW, I see in you a fellow soul. Most folks, when they pull up a bluegill that makes them go "Holy *#$&", they chuck it in the harvest bucket. You (and fishinChristian), like me, think "Holy *#$&, the genetics of this fish need to improve the population - I can always eat a 7" fish!!", and put it back to improve the species. :)
