It was hella cool as I got the opportunity to take our Sears delivery man, Edi Arumbula of Grandview out crappie fishing for his first time ever. We drove up to fish Fio Rito north as it is a great place to try out my newest plastic lure designs, including my new 3" Crappie Worm. That lake is loaded with dink bass, but the crappie didn't disappoint as Edi Caught his first keeper sized crappie 10" and we had a blast! What was really cool was the fact that i used my polarized fish glasses to spot and stalk isolated slabs in the mid lake weed beds as they were using the shade to hide from the mid day sun. My new color of crappie worm (Funky Munky) - a watermelon/red flake with a translucent pink tail worked awesome as I got to see a number of fish swim up and inhale it! A nice trout was an added bonus as Edi and I hope to hit it again soon. See ya'all out on the water, The Jigster
