Went to Lake Tapps this morning and took my wife. It was an absolutely perfect day. Temp in the mid seventies and clear skies. Beautiful sunrise. We caught 18 SMB and my wife had her best day ever fishing on Tapps. She caught 8 SMB and also caught the largest fish of the day. Her biggest one went 2 3/4 pounds. All fish were caught in from 14 to 20 ft of water on Grubs and Senkos. Started off early witht he Grub and when bite slowed then switched to Senko and it was dynamite. Glad my wife had a great day. Too bad she has to start back to school next week. We were off the lake by about 1130am.

Wow, Congrats to your wife. Glad you had fun. Makes me want to come back to the darkside and go fishing at Tapps. Loved catching smallies there and the occasional tiger muskie too.
