Tried my luck at the Mosseyrock Dam fishing area, off of Highway 12. It was sunny with some wind blowing in off of the lake. The fishing calendar rated it a best day. I got there at 5:50 in the afternoon. I counted about 5 other people fishing there, when I got there.
I caught one small silver (land-locked Coho.) I saw a couple of silvers being caught. I was getting some bites, but not like in years past. I was using shrimp for bait, about 30 feet down. They were not jumping much.
