Spent the day a Tapps. Was VERY foggy in the morning, so spent the early morning just north of the park boat launch near the shore waiting for the visibility to improve. Caught several small SMB and then moved to my favorite spot once the fog left. Tried using a tube and nose-hooked worms. Had multiple hits, but few catches - kept getting short strikes ripping the worm tails off. Switched to a wacky rig and things improved. Caught six or more SMB over 14" and a personal best 18" SMB (pictured). Used a Damiki Stinger watermelon black and KVD perfect plastics dream shot worm. Overall, caught around 20 fish.
