Got a late start at 9 am - met a coworker. He wanted to test out his new pontoon. There was only one other person on the lake and they left around 10:30 am so lake was ours.

Lots of bites - caught a couple blue gill, perch, small bass, and one 14 + nicely spotted rainbow. I used a green leach pattern with a red bed. Had far more hits than landed. Just a little more fine tuning.

Lilly pads are in full bloom, got to watch a bald eagle chase an osprey that had just snagged a fish.

Got off the lake by noon. Will try this sweet little lake again either earlier in the morning or in the evening.
