I started fishing with kokanee_slayer about 5:30am on his boat and he started getting hits right away but couldn’t them in. We stayed at around 32 feet give or take a few for our fish. The surface water temp was 72 degrees. My thermometer said the air temp was 58. It was cloudy and there was a breeze. We quit fishing close to 9am.

In my pictures you can see what I used for the fish. We both got our limits but not all were kokanee. I used Dick Nite DNA kokanee scent, too.

While we had an OK day catching Darren had a fabulous day. He was in another boat on American. He got his limit of kokanee and the biggest kokanee I have ever seen. I had the honor of weighing it. A 21 inch 3 pound 1 ounce hawg! He said it jumped and he started praying.

So I got the small, medium, large kokanee and Darren got the SUPER EXTRA LARGE! He got a limit but he didn’t let us view the other 4. Darren caught his fish on Kokaneekidfishing gear.
