Fished meridian again sunday with another great day! My 2 sons and I got to the lake about 8:30 hoping for lots of fish. We got the first line in the water and when the downrigger stopped "fish on"! While i was netting the first fish Rob was getting the seccond pole in and the same thing happened. 2 fish in less than 30 secconds of trolling! This was my youngest sons first time kokanee fishing and he couldnt believe it! he asked if it was always like this and i should have said yes so he would come out fishing with us more! it slowed down a little bit after that but was very consistent action all morning. We were trolling with the riggers between 25 & 35ft deep. We saw a few other Wa. lakers out there,looked like they were doing well also,Had a great time with the boys on a sunny warm morning!
