Got the raft in the water at 12:15 on the west side. I trolled a silver hammered sepps dodger and a silver/gold/copper flashers with red beads (sepps) and a orange/gold Macks wedding ring tipped both hooks with fire corn... I put 1/2Oz of weight.on the line and let out 200 ft of line.. I varied my trolling speed and direction.I did this for an hour with one tap and one grab headshake, and let go, then nothing for a while... I could see trout surfacing all around so I took my dodger off and changed my flashers to a micro Ul flasher, I used the same wedding.ring and Tipped it with orange pautzki eggs, I started catching rainbow trout consistently. I released all the trout I caught,. I,went home without any koks.. Still Havnt broken the Ice with them yet..never caught one. I know silver lake isn't known for it's koks, but I can't fish.bigger lakes in my raft I'll get blown all over..any tips about gear would be great (no downriggers).I'd love to learn how to catch them..

You could run led line and depending on how far you want to drive Lk Cavanaugh in skagit co isnt too bad.

No idea if your familiar with lead line jonb. But each color is 30ft, Also of importance is: As a general rule, each "color" will net you 5ft of lure depth. Get after em jon. Hope this puts a Kokanee in the boat for you.
