I had to go get my 12 ft aluminum boat out of the lake before the rain sank it. Anytime I get around water I feel the need to "drown a worm" as my Dad says. So I figured I'd make a few casts from shore before I headed back to Spokane. I made about 3 casts with a weightless 8'' Zoom mag-lizard & nailed a decent Largemouth. I walked it up to my Uncle Ron's house & snapped a pic, then went back down to the canal & released him. After that my hands were frozen so I gave up on the fishing- it was only 36 degrees up there! I was gonna give it 3 stars instead of 4, but since I caught a Bass after 2 minutes of fishing I figured it justified the 4.
