fished from North boat launch from 6 until just after noon, and considering I have never fished this lake I think the 13 I caught today would be considered a great day. After fumbling around in some shallow areas for an hour or two, I made my way clockwise toward dikes 8-11 and it was ON! A couple dinks, one pushing 3 lbs. and the rest average 2lbs. Tried throwing crankbaits, dropshot worms, tube baits to no avail. However I struck gold with a wacky rigged 4" senco in watermelon! I am going back tomorrow morning and heading right for those deep holes I found today.
