Opening Day fishing trip to Pattison in Lacey, WA. Same trip every year. Windy and rain at times, made for difficult fishing conditions. Not much for the bite fishing from shore, but my uncle trolling in the boat had a few more bites. 2 14" planters landed in the boat, and a few that got off.

1 14" planter landed from shore, and 1 fatty 3lb rainbow!

So, although the conditions and the bite were poor, it was sure nice to land the fatty. 5'6" pole with 4lb test, using a bobber and worm.
