Got on the water about 2:30 with The whole family. Momma and the 3 kids. It was windy so it was a struggle with the 30lb minn kota on my 17 ft beachcraft. had a fish in the boat after about 20-25 minutes. We picked up another about a half hour later which was my 3 yr old boy's first fish outside of the trout farm. Got two more and lost them right at the boat. bites through out the day. Also enjoyed so eagles playing around. we aere off the water and headed home by 5-5:30pm. Fished seemed to like orange and pink. trolling wedding ring and spoons...wouldn't bite on yellow/green or silver. fish were about 12 inches or so.
